What are your hours?
For most of the year, our technicians operate Monday-Friday on a 9 AM to 4:00 PM schedule. However, our retail store hours change seasonally. Please check our Google business page or our Facebook page to find our current weekday and Saturday store hours!
What areas do you service?
We primarily service customers in Monmouth, Mercer, Middlesex and Ocean County. We service customers outside of these areas on a select basis. Give us a call to see if we would be a good fit for you!
Do you offer services for commercial sites?
Yes! In addition to our residential services, we provide comprehensive solutions for restaurants, businesses, apartment complexes, farms, grow houses, municipal buildings, and more!


What form of payment is accepted?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. For more information about financing or for questions regarding payment plans, give us a call!
Do you service equipment installed by other companies?
We service most makes and models of equipment, and we will ALWAYS attempt to repair your current equipment BEFORE suggesting or recommending replacement!
Do you do pool water testing?
Yes! We are equipped with an ALEX system from Bioguard. This system provides you with a computerized water analysis that not only tests for more parameters than what would be found in many home tests, but also shows how these parameters can impact each other. Best of all? It’s FREE!
What water treatment products do you sell?
In addition to pool products and supplies, we also sell filters, salt, common media (calcite, MagOx, etc.), and softener replacement parts.
Do you sell Kinetico filters?
We only sell Kinetico filters to customers who have equipment that has been verified by one of our technicians. If you have Kinetico equipment that has not been installed or serviced by us, we would be happy to walk you through the process of getting your information entered into our system.
Do you ship/mail products?
At this time, we can only ship filters to current customers. Please note that we do charge a shipping fee.


How do I know if my water is safe to drink?
If your water is smelly, cloudy, or colored, don’t drink it! However, many potentially harmful contaminants are invisible to the naked eye and can only be identified by a certified water testing laboratory. Aqua-Soft offers several water filtration options so that you can have peace of mind 24/7!
Can you test my water for bacteria, PFAS, VOCs, or microplastics?
While we can perform basic water tests for things like iron, hardness, and pH, testing for bacteria (such as E.Coli and coliform), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), man-made chemicals (PFAS), or microplastics must be performed at a certified water testing laboratory. If we or you feel that such testing is necessary, we are happy to recommend a laboratory that will meet your needs.
